Colors!

Ugh. Color palettes. A huge source of the arguments Josh and I have lately. He wants black or brown with one color which screams old man/steakhouse to me. I love vibrant colors like deep red, aqua, lime/yellow with brown and white. I don't know why people limit themselves to two colors. I have a background in art so I'm always looking at the details and how everything fits together so I figure more than a few coordinating colors is fine. I want a festive party, not a corporate style dinner event!
These are my ideas for a more "natural/earthy" wedding. We collected stones from our vacation spots to scatter and we both love the outdoors and wood so these are another possible route. I'm environmentally conscious so using natural resources like locally grown fruit or bark appeals to me.
